The Read4Future foundation starting community services in Sri Lanka, donated nearly 100 English story books and a computer for the use of kids of a kindergarten located in Kuliyapitiya suburb, Sri Lanka.
There are over 40 kids studying at the Montessori in two age categories at present with limited facilities. The Read4Future dedicated to providing support to develop English reading as a habit among kids from kindergarten to middle school in Sri Lanka
The Read4Future is founded with a personnel experience of two Sri Lankan born IT professionals who seen how their two daughters learned English language after migrating into USA. They were 5 and 7 years of old when they were migrating, and they went through a systematic methodology to called ESL in their schools. We can surely build same methodology on Srilankan kids and as an initial step we are providing reading materials for the kids.
Also, as an encouragement for kids, toys worth of SLR 70,000 were also distributed during their Christmas concert. Management and staff of USA based public relations company, Litzky Public Relation, extended their generous support providing toys for the kids.
